Born in 2014 in the heart of Nantes’ Quartier de la Création, 180g is much more than a pizzeria: it’s a human and artisanal adventure, driven by a passion for flavour and craftsmanship.
Behind the name — a nod to the ideal weight of a slice of pizza, the way we first made ourselves known — lies a philosophy: the perfect balance between Neapolitan tradition and Nantes creativity.
Every 180g pizza starts with the foundation of it all: a living dough, slowly fermented, respected, and hand-shaped each day by our team. This slow rise gives it a unique texture — both crisp and soft, light and full of character.
To this we add carefully selected ingredients: Italian flours, fior di latte mozzarella, locally grown vegetables, and artisanal cured meats. Nothing is left to chance.
Since day one, our ambition has been simple: to bring pizza back to its essence — a popular and convivial dish, prepared with the same care as fine cuisine.
